Training for Adult Professionals and Music Lovers

One-on-one instruction is the most effective way to learn how to sing. Every voice is unique, and during private lessons, we address each student’s needs. Lessons include vocal technique and exercises, breathing training, Alexander Technique (IVA only), choosing repertoire that suits each student best, and performance psychology. Teachers are kind and encouraging, providing a safe space for students to discover their unique gifts. We prepare students for auditions and performances of all kinds. Our students sing anywhere on Broadway, in film, in regional and community theatre, in choirs, or at home for their own enjoyment. We offer performance opportunities for the studio every semester, with a recital or showcase either in person or virtually where students can perform the music they have been preparing in lessons.

Training for Kids and Teens

Private voice lessons for children are catered to what each child can handle at their current stage of music-making. We cover basic vocal exercises, learning repertoire, reading music (piano training supplement recommended), sight-reading, and being able to perform in front of family, friends, and/or in front of an audience. We are also able to help prepare children reach their performance dreams, be it singing on Broadway, joining a local theatre group, or starring in their school musical or talent show. We offer performance opportunities for the studio every semester, with a recital or showcase either in person or virtually where students can perform the music they have been preparing in lessons.
